Thoughtworks Senior Developer Consultant interview questions

Very friendly interviewers, it was a very pleasant experience overall, there were 4 interviews: a technical one done in a pair-programming fashion that simulated developing a story from a scrum board, an architecture one that was more like an open conversation with a whiteboard, a leadership one concerned with soft skills, it simulated an interview with a client, and a cultural one that looked for personality traits that match the company's culture which is very inclusive, friendly and where social justice is a big concern.
