I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Hyderabad) in Apr 2016
Interview
There are always few kind of interviewers, who does not know anything but over enthusiastic or total rigid. I met one today at thoughtworks.
She keep on blabbering about her recent Bangladesh (Yes, you heard it right) trip since starting. And when she is evaluating the code done, she claimed that "HR might have told you that I'm not concerned about the quality or output (which I've missed as few were on other side of the hall), I just want it to be designed in oop". Ok.
And then when it was done, she barely had a look. During the interview, she was looking for some buzz words unless you give her those, your answer will not be listened.
My sincere suggestion to the folks who are doing any kind of interview.
Just because you are doing interview, you are not the almighty and don't consider yourself as you know everything and the others as they don't know anything. It's just you got the opportunity to choose the best talent to the company.
And DON'T BLUFF as you know everything (Here, you better start with Difference between BruteForce and Optimal)
I appreciate the efforts put in by HR and the management. It was smoothly conducted.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Bengaluru) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied for thoughtworks online and got a call from HR after a month. I was told to submit code for one of the two problems. I took up conference track management and submitted after 5 days. After two days, HR called me to bangalore office on a saturday.
I attended 4 rounds:
Round 1). Logical test. There were a total of 11 flowchart questions out of which i answered only 5, because I could not understand one of the commands. Time duration was 1.15 hours.
Round 2). Pair progamming. I was told to extend my code. Even though i did not complete the code, The developer was impressed with the steps that i followed.
Round 3). Technical round with three geniuses. I was told to design ipl tournament along with other java questions.
Round 4). Technical round with two people. I was asked how hibernate works internally. Some design pattern questions.
Even though i had done this round very well, HR told me it was not good and rejected me.
I could not understand why, but even my friend got kicked out in the last round.
