Thoughtworks Software Developer interview questions

The first stage was to complete software development test. Depending on how well you did, you moved on to a pair programming session where you wrote some code together with another developer in the company. Next was a cultural fit session and presentation on a project you had completed.

Overall a thoughtful process. Knowledgeable recruiters provide standard screening assessment. The take home assessment - i have mixed feelings about these but appreciate when thought is put into what they want to assess and giving you a chance to show what you know. High point is taking to someone that clearly knows what they do and passionate about it.
