Thoughtworks Software Developer interview questions

I've had at least three interviewing steps: 1st call: career questions, expectations. 2nd call: pair programming with an employee 3rd call: company culture fit The last one was for talking about the offer.

I applied, and HR contacted me via email within a week. We scheduled a recruiter screen call to delve into my resume and discuss the company, project types, and expected salary. I was asked about TDD, which was somewhat unexpected for this stage of the interview. The interviewer was from China, so it was a bit challenging to understand her. Unfortunately, they didn't proceed with my application and sent a rejection email the next day.
