Interview
First there was a phone meeting of about 30 minutes. Then she sent an email with the skills test. You could choose from 3 problems to solve, and write a compilable code to solve (from a list of languages, I chose Java). The instructions are very thorough but long.

During the interview, she asked me about my qualifications, and what was the main accomplishments that I achieved at my current or last jobs.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me and sent me a test to implement on the weekend. After this, I was selected to a set of interviews on a "boot camp". In this "boot camp" they proceed with logical and English tests, and three interviews: one to talk about the background and technologies, other to refactor the online test with pair programming, and a more psychology interview.

How do you feel about a change of education path in Brazil by a law approved by politicians?

Interview
On first day, there were two technical rounds. First technical round was of 20 mins and filtered out most of the students. Then after the two technical rounds, there was a technical interview on the same day. If cleared, then on next day again one technical interview and one HR interview.
