Interview
I had applied through campus. They had 2 coding rounds short coding and long coding. I was able to clear them both. We were called at Thoughtworks Pune for further interview process. 3rd round was Technical Round. People their are not professional. Nobody was their to conduct our interviews. 2 guys, one of them had just joined took my interview in a very unprofessional way. They were least interested in the process.

Interview
First I submitted a code sample, which was a simple question but they asked us to answer it in such a way that it could be easily scaled. I was asked to submit a document of 20ish personality questions. Then I was interviewed over the phone - this, again, focused more on personality but also provided me with an opportunity to elaborate on my experiences.

Then there was 2 round of technical interview and 1 HR.
round 1 was mainly IQ test related to aptitude test.
round 2 was knowledge about software development field, programming language etc
