Thoughtworks User Experience Analyst interview questions

A logic test followed by portfolio presentation Then an interview by UX and BA folks, give scenario for role play and ask weird questions. Role play doesnt tell, if they want to check your design thinking or they need solution. Both seemed pretty insecure with the way they defended their logic. There have been more than 50 UX interviews so far in last 2 years, but none of them is actually hired.
