I was given a couple of coding questions during the Skype conference call. My screen was shared and there were 4 or 5 employees. I had to write a compilable piece of code (that means, I had to remember the exact names of the functions) in 2 hours.
I'm not into interviews like that, but my interviewers seemed to forget that the interview is a double-sided road. I was told I'm not allowed to ask ANY questions at all because "it was them who interviewed me and not the other way round" (this was a huge red flag for me).
I guess I shoud've finished the call after 10 minutes when the interviewers started being pretty rude to me.
I should note the HR-manager who guided me through the process was a very nice person and they felt bad it didn't work.
