Trayport interview questions

Engaging call with the internal recruiter, gave me a thorough overview of the company. I then completed a technical assessment (didn't take too long ~2hrs). After this, it was one final interview, again around 2hours long. I met a number of people from the team. The interview was split into two essentially. First part was with the team's agile coach and the internal recruiter. Here they asked questions around my ways of working and knowledge of agile processes. The second part of the interview with two of the teams tech leads. This part was a very technical. As far as interviews go it felt less like an interview and more like a technical chat. I was able to ask lots of questions and everyone was refreshingly transparent. My only criticisms would have been it would have been nice to meet other members of the team and possibly a little longer to talk.

The first interview was a get to know. I spoke to the RH lady, she was very polite. Asked me many questions about myself as a team member, my experiences, salary expectation, how much was I out of the job market, and why. 2nd Interview was a Code Challenge; one hour. On the code challenge, don't commit any mistake. They only accept perfection. A clean code, TDD, good architeture, nothing else seemed to count to the whole process if you commit mistake. They have been looking for this flawless someone for almost one year now. I had a feeling they don't actually bother about the candidate.
