I had two rounds of interviews, first with a panel of 3 then with 3 members of senior leadership. Overall process was smooth but took time in between each stage.

Two interviews panels and they were very nice and cordial. Study the job description and work on your writing skills. Then they ask for more questions about how your background fits into OSAC and they ask about your preferred management style.

Interview process is through a panel of 8 following a language and ability test. No tricky questions, however panelists test motivation, team work ability skills, personality, confidence, knowledge and attitude. Interview takes about an hour of discussion about the subject matter, it includes panelists from the section, Human Resources and other sections to ensure transparency and equal opportunity.
