Interview
Interview process included a panel interview with current or former senior level FSOs asking about your past work experience as well as situational judgement questions. There is also an essay prompt given and a timed section to respond as well as case management questions.

Past work experience, specifically experience in different countries and working in different cultures.
The interview is very fair transparent. It is a panel of two interviewers who follow the format they will tell you to prepare for. There are no surprises. Just be confident and genuine with your answers.

Interview
It was a very long day comprised of a writing sample, FSOT knowledge test, and interview (13 dimensions). The most difficult part was the oral assessment before the panel. Make sure you can relate your work and education experience to the 13 dimensions. The panel was very polite and professional.
