I applied for the Fall internship online and waited to receive notification for a phone interview after my status was marked "referred." I never received a follow up email or phone call, however an official offer arrived via mail that May. I was selected without an interview.

It was not too bad. They brought me in sat me down and asked about ny background and interest in working for them. Overall very nice peolle. It was disorganized though.
I was very smooth and the interviewers were very nice. They asked some questions about my experience and were very accommodating even though I said I didn't have much experience it regards to the position.
