I was contacted by phone first about my availability for an interview. Next I received a email confirmation for the interview. Interview was over the phone with a 5 person panel.

It was very formal and took a long time to get through. I had to interview with a panel and they all asked long questions. When I finished answering the question, the interviewers didn't react. They just listened. It was not much of a conversation.
