Interview by panel, each response to a question is given a score. If you do not say enough key words in your response then you will not receive a high enough cumulative score in the interview to receive an offer.

I had a zoom interview and was asked very standard interview questions relating to the position and to my previous experience, the interviewers were very kind, overall a great experience
