I went through 5 steps to get an actual interview. They are very extensive with your resume process. You have to be very humble because the response time for each phase is very slow

Interview
Emailed by a representative a month after applying, scheduled a brief, 20 minute phone call to discuss the position and to talk about my qualifications. Easy set-up, traditional interview questions asked.

Interview
I had interviews with individuals at two different bureaus. They were very different experiences -- one was very friendly and the interview lasted a full 45 minutes, while the other was quite short and brusk, largely looking for concise answers. I heard back within 24 hours for one position, but not until 2 weeks later for the other. Seems to vary quite a bit by Bureau.

Question 1
Largely behavioral questions -- tell me about a time you solved a problem. Tell me about an accomplishment you're proud of. Tell me about when you worked well on a team.
