The interview process was extremely smooth. It was a well structured interview. The interview panel was extremely nice. The interview was on zoom. They asked for references at the end of the interview.

Interview
I didn’t even have formal interviews for my last two job changes within State. One was lateral and one was a promotion. I’ve had colleagues have many interviews that were applying for similar jobs using the same types of hiring mechanisms that experienced totally different hiring processes based on the hiring manager and attentiveness of HR specialists involved. Every experience is different. If you get an activist hiring manager he could put though the ringer.

Interview
Interview was fairly short, about an hour. Interviewed with three different hiring managers with varying roles in the department. Interview was virtual. Questions were of STAR nature and seemed to assess a candidates character, analytical reasoning, and overall ability to contribute to a team.
