Interview
I have given three technical interviews and I got the confirmation from hr that I have cleared the interview and I have sent all the documents for processing after being told by hr. however on the compensation part they come back and forth so many times also were giving me the joining almost one and half month later given that I am immediate joiner.
They made me extend my date of joining in the other company for two weeks and then came back saying that we did not got the approval and cannot go ahead with the candidature.
This behaviour was not at all expected from such big and reputated company.
This whole back and forth process continued for 1 month .
I am really disappointed with UBS.they need to work upon their hiring process and should take care of people.

Interview
I interviewed at UBS one and half month ago. Cleared all the rounds but feedback was delayed. After pressing for a while i got to know that feedback is positive. HR round was scheduled and i was asked to provide plethora of documents, was asked to wait for some days. After wait of 2 weeks i had to contact HR multiple times, even then i wasn't informed that they are not going ahead. I had to wait another 2 days, and initiate the conversation. Then i was told they are not moving ahead, without any reason. Again had to contact them, compensation was the issue. Approved budget for the position was equivalent to my current CTC. Expected CTC was asked on first call and agreed upon. Unfortunate and heartbreaking experience. Second worst case scenario, first being cancellation of offer letter.
With all these things in mind you can make your own opinion about the company, their HR.
