Not enjoyable. I had a phone interview after an info session and really hated it. Made company and employees seem very entitled which made me very unengaged. Also made the work environment seem hostile and cold. Made the role seem like there was no way for advancing and that you would be constantly stressed out.

Interview
I had a phone interview and it went well. I spoke with a woman on the phone who asked various questions regarding my IT experience as well as experience with Windows 7. You must know how to have a basic understanding of computers and computer systems. You must also be able to troubleshoot and deal with client requests.

Phone interview, in person with branch manager, interview with team, interview with other ca, discussion of offer, offer - which was only declined for a larger salary at another firm
Pleasant interview process.
