UBS Communications Manager interview questions

Initial meeting was phone interview with recruiter. Very professional, and brief. Asked relevant questions about work history, skills, and workstyle (i.e. communications plans, collaboration). In-person interview with hiring manager and colleagues followed. Standard online research of the company was helpful. Company culture seems pleasant, open and welcoming. Application was arduous, but perhaps expected from a financial institution.
