The interviewed consisted of screening, technical assessment (which is timed), and hirevue before proceeding to interviews. Fairly okay experience. But didn't get advanced sadly. Took awhile for them to get back to me
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at UBS in May 2022
Interview
several tests, one on extracting important information from texts using true/false/cannot say statements, one on company culture, a recorded interview, and a one-hour online interview with managers and/or team leads.
The first step is qualitative and quantitative questions. Then there is a Sonru pre-recorded interview which is composed of 7 to 10 questions and you usually have 1 minute to give your answer. For the last question they will ask you if you have anything to add and you have some time to give extra information. If you pass these steps you get to physical interviews.
