I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process lasted a total of about three weeks start to finish. I got a first round interview which was conducted over the phone by two separate people. About a week later I was invited to the Super Day in New York. The Super Day consisted of three rounds of behavioral questions. About two weeks after that UBS emailed me and said that I had not gotten the job.

Interview
Resume drop/online application then a first round interview followed by a super day. Questions were standard and behavioral. Nothing out of the box or surprising. It's all really a matter of whether or not you connect with your interviewer with these sorts of HR interviews.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (New York, NY) in Sep 2013
Interview
Applied online; following a phone screen was invited in for face to face interview at fairly sr level. Was asked to continue to next steps and had 3rd round as a phone interview with Sr leader in different location than first meeting. Discussions went well, but very little communication ...then told requisitions were still not officially approved and "stand by". Never heard back.
