The interview process consisted of a one-on-one conversation with the branch manager. It was a simple and fair interview. I really enjoyed it and I loved working there. I would definitely work there full time
initial phone screen. basic questions related to background. motivational and behavioral questions.
in-person case study followed by group interview. asked to resolve the problem in case study and discuss about recommendation plan.
Internship process.
1st round culture test and cognitive test - not difficult, no need to prepare
2nd round - one way interview - no technical questions, general behavioural questions
3rd round - f2f interview
