initial phone screen. basic questions related to background. motivational and behavioral questions. in-person case study followed by group interview. asked to resolve the problem in case study and discuss about recommendation plan.

Internship process. 1st round culture test and cognitive test - not difficult, no need to prepare 2nd round - one way interview - no technical questions, general behavioural questions 3rd round - f2f interview
