So I applied to the Global research division in Hong Kong office (and from a non-finance background as a sophomore)
- did the numerical testing + submitted my resume through their website
- invited to do a hirevue video interview, 45 sec to prep, 2 mins to answer, 8 questions, basic behavioural question, prepare for question you know they will ask (why this position? why you?)
-invited to do a superday shortly after, two 30mins back to back interview with directors who worked in the firm for 10+ years, very nice people, understanding of my background so it didnt go too technical, mainly asked question about my interest and logical thinking, pretty relaxed and the interview went very conversational, so i enjoyed talking to them a lot
- sent an email to HR to follow up on the application process, told me that I am accepted, waiting for contract to be sent over next week
