I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
A few different interviews with the 3 team members which weren't tough calls, mainly who I am and my experience, but they seemed to focus more on my personality and if I would be a good fit. Then they brought me in for an interview in person, this was much better for me to see the team in person and see if it was a place where I wanted to work.

Question 1
They asked basic questions like if I could open excel and if I was comfortable speaking with clients.
It was straightforward and a no frills, no surprises experience overall. I was asked to an in person final round at the office, which was pleasant but the team had similar questions to ask as the previous rounds.
