Multi layered meetings with many individuals. The building is nice but the level of stress might have been an issue going forward. European banks in general still have a murky future

Standard video interview process with 7 questions, mainly on competencies and 'why X' questions. You also get some time at the end to say whatever you want to the interviewer
Short, behavioural interview for an entry role. No technical questions asked. Single round of interview, given the position. Nothing else, just hitting the minimum word limit here - it’s not that complicated.
I got a Phone Interview from HR, attended an online info session, and then got the Superday in one week. Got the offer call in one week, but decided to decline.
