I had to do the numerical and logical reasoning test, applied for the role in Dubai though so I was put through straight to the head of the bank in Dubai.

Explain the differences between mudhaarabah and muraabaha
The interview process was smooth and efficient. It included an initial HR screening to review my qualifications, a technical assessment to test my skills, and a final interview with the hiring manager to discuss.
After submitting my online application, I waited approximately two weeks before being invited to the first-stage task assignment (R1). This was followed by a video interview (R2), an in-person office interview (R3), and finally an HR interview (R4). The entire recruitment process took around five weeks to complete from application to final stage.

Interview
Very laid back interview. Just walked through my resume, why asset management, and overall just behaviorals. There were zero technical questions, and the interviewer was more curious about my leadership, experiences specifically from my previous internship.
