One techincal test followed by one techincal and one managerial, all went good. Director asked my notice period and then disucsss about the role and responsibilities I would be getting. Asked me to wait for Hr. Later Hr called me and said you are not suitable for this project. I was expecting 100 percent positive result,but don't know what they actually doing. Most of the people did not get selected. Can see many negative reviews here so don't know if they don't why they are doing the same kind of behavior with most of the people
