Interview
I had two phone interviews. All questions were very behavioral. The second interview asked particularly detailed questions about situations that you have encountered in your past and you have overcome challenges.

First round was basically why UBS? why Wealth Management?
Ex of second round interview: give me a time when you've had to stand up for yourself and something you believe in, give me a time when you disagreed with someone you were working with... how did you resolve the conflict.
