Superday consisted of three back to back interviews with directors from different sectors, all conducted within a tight 30 minute window, testing adaptability, focus, and communication under pressure. Behavioral with basic technicals.

Two rounds of phone interviews in Japanese followed by two rounds of in-person interviews in both English and Japanese at the Boston Career Forum. All interviews were one-on-one, where the first three rounds were conducted with members of the Tokyo office and the final round was with the head of APAC.
