I applied online. I interviewed at UBS (Hongkong) in Dec 2013
Interview
Applied online and received a request for Phone Interview. Interview lasted around 45 minutes and had a lot of the typical questions expected: Why UBS, Ops, Financial News, Where do you see yourself in 5 yrs, Strength/Weakness, Teamwork Qs; I don't think it's too hard to prepare for, just know the UBS culture & Ops well.
It was lengthy, in the sense that each phase took a long time. But overall, they were really nice in each stage of the process. I encourage everyone to apply to positions in the bank.

Question 1
How can you contribute to the group overall profitability in operations?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UBS (Singapur) in Nov 2019
Interview
Online application -> online assessment -> Video interview -> multiple face-to-face interviews ->offer. Online assessment was ridiculously difficult. That was probably the toughest phase in the selection process. Face-to-face interviews were rather relaxed and it was obvious that the interviewers wanted to know you better. Overall, it was a good experience.

Question 1
1. Tell me about a time you had trouble working in a team.
2. Why UBS operations?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UBS (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Had an in person interview at a career event, followed by a phone interview. The phone interview was entirely fit questions and very informational. The first interview was harder, with a few more technical questions. I did not receive an invite for the superday.
