Multiple rounds with several stakeholders in HK, SG and Switzerland. Combination of both technical cases and behaviour + cultural fit. Staged over 2-3 months.
Included interviewed from various business lines and seniority levels - some direct line, matrix reporting and others were stakeholders.

Question 1
Business case assessment. Knowledge of the business lines
After completing a series of highly structured virtual interviews with key stakeholders, I was invited to move forward to the in-person interview stage. The entire process was exceptionally well put together, seamless, and professional. Throughout our conversations, it became increasingly clear that the team was most deeply interested in evaluating culture, core values, and overall team fit.

Question 1
Can you walk us through your typical process and approach when taking a project from initial concept to final delivery? Please highlight how you establish alignment with stakeholders early on, how you manage unexpected roadblocks during execution, and how you measure the ultimate success of your work.
3 rounds, standard questions for a product role, better be prepared for all types of private assets, i.e., private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate. The interviewers were polite and many sales background.
Smooth and nice people. Interviewed by different individuals at different locations . Loved the experience. There was a big gap between interviews (5 in total). Nice overall and finally I got what I was looking for.
