I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (London, England) in Apr 2011
Interview
3 interviews on the same day. HR, then technical then management. They had a project they were hiring for, and wanted to see if I'd worked on something similar in the past, which I had.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at UBS
Interview
Face to face interview with technical and behavioral questions. Mostly conceptual questions and discussion about technology topics. Helpful and friendly interviewers without negativity or condescension. Not much else to say about the process.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at UBS (Pune) in Dec 2025
Interview
First, they made me wait for 2-3 hours. Then, when the interviewer finally arrived, he seemed more interested in talking about himself than asking questions. Despite having 22 years of experience, he lacked basic interviewing skills. You don't conduct an interview by demotivating the candidate.
