I came in for a 1:1 interview, met with 3 people including two MDs. After they checked my references I was brought back once again and they made me an offer a few days later.

After completing the Online Test, a Video Interview Invitation link will be received. Online video interview on Sonru platform, with 8 or 10 questions both behavioral and technical. 2 minutes preparation and 3 minutes speaking. No break in between.

Iq test and personalty test followed by a few interviews. Key part of the interview process was with the hiring manager. The digital part is just to filter out applicants.
