First you need to fill in a questionnaire, and then it took 2 weeks to proceed to received the first round interview, the interview lasted around 30 mins, the interviewer was nice and friendly

First round was panel Interview with 2 people, Ask questions on Statistics and resume. One was the VP of the team and other was regional manager. The Interview was not that difficult. But then I was ghosted. There was no reply from either HR or anyone else, I tried contacting them several times
4 rounds in total, 1 HR and 3 interviews with different members of the team, overall a smooth process with focus on the candidate experience and the value add to the team
