3 rounds interview with a dinner, meet many with director level and above, great conversation outside the interview, questions cover academics, interests, and the market. not a lot technical but very focused on personalities. great experience overall and really excited to join the team.
Mostly distant and via videos, recordings and tests. Quite quick progression through the steps. Started off with test, then recording them interview. Not much human interactions in the beginning of the phase.

Straightforward. No unusual or tricky questions. Spoke about experience and about the industry that the role covers. Interviewers were other members of the equity analysis team. Later interview included a portfolio manager as well.
