Interview
The first part of the process is an Online Assessment consisting of a culture test and logical reasoning test. (Passed). Then an Online self recorded
interview which consists of eight questions

Question 1
If you would sponsor a sport which sport would you pick?
Fairly straight forward. Stopped at psychometric test. Fair assessment but needs some sharp thinking. Honestly, the UBS culture was pretty evident as they ask genuine culture/ values alignement. On the other hand cognitive and intuition tests seemed more daunting because they were timed (as opposed to cultural fit) and had a right/ wrong answer.
Got the Hirevue after applied, some basic fit questions about UBS and investment banking in general. However, I never heard back from them after the hirevue, kind of disappointed. Should have at least sent me an update.
