UBS interview questions

My resume was seen in HR and I was called about a possible position. I went in to interview later in that same week. I spoke with 4-6 employees in the specific office and it was very disorganized. Each person just had me walk them through my resume. I was confident and I was told I would hear within the week. I had to call to get feedback over a week later and I was told to wait. Finally another week later I was finally contacted and not offered the position.
