The day before the interviews, there was a call with recruiters to explain the interview process, which included around multiple other candidates. The interviews themselves consisted of two back-to-back sessions with two Executive Directors. The first interview focused on motivation, while the second was based on competency questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UBS (Weehawken, NJ)

I have a 4 round interview process. Starting with the hiring manager, two different senior stakeholders from different business divisions and lastly with the line manager of the hiring manager. I received both PM skills related and behavioral questions. All interviews were video calls (during the covid pandemic).

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult senior stakeholder? Why do you think projects fail?
- Meeting with 3 Managers, all asked interesting questions which were mostly position based. Ended with a brief explenation of the Company and the teams structure. Lastly I had some questions which i could ask them on whatever i wanted.
