After the initial online assessment, there was a HireVue interview. Next, there will likely be a call with the team members for further discussion. I didn't make it past the HireVue, so not entirely sure.

Multiple steps. Meeting HR and the job manager. Then final is meeting hod. Hod meeting is mostly formality. Job managers recommendation to hod is what matters. Hr interview is about soft skills. Job manager is about technical skills
