UBS interview questions

I first had to do an online assessment that evaluates your culture fit and your cognitive skills. After that I was invited for an automated online video interview which had to be completed within 7 days.

The interview process was structured, professional, and aligned with the bank’s strong focus on compliance, client service, and regulatory standards. It began with an HR screening discussing my background, motivation, and expectations, followed by technical interviews with the hiring manager focusing on AML/KYC knowledge, client handling, and practical scenarios relevant to the role
