Online test - Phone interview - Test center. Online test: not hard, just concentrate and you'll be fine. Phone interview: very polite interviewer; dug deeply into past experience and asked a question about option strategy. Test center: interview was fine; case study presentation was hard, lots of detailed questions. You WILL be asked about what's on your resume, be prepared!

The first interview was a phone interview where I was asked a number of different technical questions related to my knowledge of Microsoft Exchange. The second interview was an informal chat with myself and two team leaders.

Multiple interviews in person, competing against multiple other candidates who filled the offices all at the same time. The questions were standard. I felt perhaps overqualified for this role which became apparent during comp negotiations.
