UBS interview questions

I submitted an online application which consists of motivation questions for applying to the programme. Next, I sat through a numerical and a logical reasoning test, and got a phone interview a few months afterwards by email. Around 2 or three weeks after that, I was invited to the assessment centre, where we had more interviews and a group exercise.

I was invited to a first round telephone interview. The next (and final) stage in the process is an assessment centre. The first round was a telephone interview with someone from HR and it was mainly competency based. Before this I had to submit an online application and do tests in numerical and logical tests.
