UBS interview questions

Strung out, lack of communication and poorly organised. Interview dates and times changed and had a number of visits for relatively short interviews. Didn't have any face to face contact with HR which was odd. Lack of any detailed feedback and information was not readily volunteered. Apparent low morale of interviewers. A great firm no doubt but received impression poor morale and politics.

Got in touch with a few people working at firm, lucky to have my resume passed up to the Branch Director within a few days. Phone interview was easy and two days later was offered
