UBS interview questions

I was initially hired as a contractor as so many others with the company. My first interview was with the in house recruiting agency and then proceeded to meet with team leader and then executive director. That totaled three different interviews before I was offered the contract position. It was a temp to hire and one month shy of 1 year I was hired as a full time employee. This time around it was much simpler as I just had to submit an online application and an updated resume. I received the offer letter shortly after that.

Mostly behavioral and market related. Interview process was smooth and phone calls. They really wanted to get to know your personality and that fits right in with the culture.
