UBS Senior Compliance Analyst interview questions

About 3 hrs long met with four people. A manager. An executive manager. A managing director. An employee. Very informative regarding what the role entailed. They set the expectations. Addressed culture within the team. The manager for the team was beyond exceptional. All were very passionate about the team and the role. Only after hiring, slowly the team dismantled due to poaching and lack of pay in exchange for more work.
