UBS Summer Analyst interview questions

Signed up online and was notified that I received a time slot for a 1:1 interview. Interview consisted of questions based around my resume and skill qualities. For instance, I was asked to provide an example of my ability to work under pressure and in a group setting. The following day was the second phase of the interview process consisting of two, 30 minute, 1:1 interviews. That evening they notified those who received offers.

Lots of behavioral and fit questions, less technical. Also know the financial markets really well and where UBS fits into the picture and where they are headed. Be ready to nail the first five minutes of the interview when they ask you to tell them your story and why IB and why UBS.
