Interview
There are eight questions, with most of them being behavioural ones. All you need to prepare is commercial awareness and the story in your CV. For myself, I found the time was not very sufficient to respond. Be natural and confident is the key to success.
First written application (including cover letter), then online tests (aptitude test, situational judgment test), then video interview, and lastly assessment centre. Process was similar to summer internship application processes for other banks.
It was a virtual Sonru interview. They asked about six questions, you are given some minutes to prepare, and about two minutes to answer with no opportunity to retake any.
