Multiple interviews with 4-5 individuals across multiple days. Communication was poor and they were not responsive. The exhausting process was overdrawn and the results yielded no feedback and no offer.

Basically they recruited me since it is a commission based sales role. They are risking little on me so it was more of a recruiting trip than a mutual evaluation.

1 45 minute phone interview, followed by 6 face to face 1:1 interviews. Process moved very quickly. Focused on transaction experience more than industry knowledge. Know your deal sheet, and be able to explain why you moved from and to each position on your resume.
