The process was fairly informal and there were little technical questions involved. It seemed like they were mainly concerned with why I was interested in the job in the first place. The managing directors wanted to gauge how comfortable we were on keeping the conversation going in the 30-minute timespan.
Was easy and quick, the whole process took 1 month and I had just 2 skype interviews

It went all right. Mostly behavioral questions. I don't know why I didn't get the position. Interview lasted for about 1 hour. Not technical at all. The team and HR people were very nice.
