The first stage, which was the CV review stage and took several months, there was a testing stage and then an interview stage followed in approximately 1-2 months. Finally an offer came within a month of the interview. There was only one interview round.

The interview process was very long. It took them more than a month to inform me about the interview, and the same amount of time after the interview. But the interview was nice, not easy at all. They want to hear your opinion about the stuff related to their cluster.

Introduction, about gender equality, and teamwork.
Was about 3 rounds with a complex practice test testing for various relevant skills. Make sure to do research on the initiatives happening on a global level to reference in the interview. It will also help give you opportunities to find areas to connect with.

The interviewer was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, it takes 30 mins longs. will take about why you match this position and also your project experienced. also team work
